i have described a weave
in ever widening circles
during an epoch
of ever narrowing ones
there are no shortcuts
pause
to watch the ladybird & the butterflies
girls giggling about beginnings of ends
the ebb & flow
when they get up from their rest
they will
gain & lose
The End
inside
outside
many interweaving journies
under gravity
& outside
in a spinning world
on a rotating planet
which is a spec
orbiting a tiny sun
orbited by a tinier moon
hurtling 10s of thousands of kilometres
multidirectionally
Time is dual
one relative
one eternal
we come from the ground
water
we are mostly
& yet certain poems
transcend
loosen
&
bind...
without end...
we begin...
time to sing & dance...
someone vanishes
someone appears
a skateboarder sticks a landing
& the youths all cheer
i finish my cigarette
to sit in the late Spring sun
a currawong bells
lorrikeets fly
like forever
merely a souvenir?
