A different Time
As Mallarme said to Degas “poetry is not about ideas
It is about words”
Poetry can’t be willed
Milosz said that a poet writes perhaps 2 real poems a year
The rest are just contextualizing & orientating I
guess: prose
No one knows, let alone the poet, when the authentic
inspired poem will arise
It cannot be willed
A poet is in a different Time
His companions phantastical & mysterious
